Bart Wubben Winner of the Project Manager of the Year Award

We are thrilled that Bart is awarded the Construction Week Online Project manager of the Year award 2020.

As founding partner of Muscat Landscaping Bart has been working on a large variety of projects. With overall delivery of the projects in mind, he has managed, designed and supervised a series of large scale and small scale well known projects in the Sultanate in a very short period of time.

Doing so, Bart has put Muscat Landscaping on the map as a trustworthy partner in every consultant team.   

The developed skills of the different design team members within the Muscat Landscaping office are an important backing of the company’s success.

New Projects

  • Farm resort - Nizwa
    We are assigned to design a boutique resort on a farm in Nizwa. We are using natural characteristics of the surroundings as a basis of the desin. For this design we will work closely together with 23 Degrees North, who will design the villas.
  • Farm Developments in Barka
    We are assigned for two farm developments in Barka. For these designs we will transform the farms into private holiday retreats without taking away the existing functions.
